What is the delivery time?

From the moment you place an order, Graey strives to have your order delivered to the address you provide as soon as possible. The delivery time is 2-4 business days. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Do you live nearby? There is also a possibility to pick up your items!

I’ve received the wrong item, now happens now?

Please contact our customer service. We will help you and send a free return label. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you the correct item.

Can I pick up my order? 

Yes, we have a "pick up" option. If you choose this option, you don't pay shipping costs. Your order will be ready for pick up as soon as possible.

How can I return my order?

What are the return conditions?

All items must be returned in their original condition, without being worn, washed or altered, and with the tags still attached. Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, but please note that the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
